“My life and that of my family are in grave danger. I am being coerced into delivering a predetermined verdictโone that unjustly condemns Nnamdi Kanuโdespite the absence of any legal basis. I have been threatened that if I withdraw from this case, I will never see my children again.”
“In protest, I tendered my resignation, believing that I could extricate myself from this travesty of justice. However, the government outrightly rejected my resignation, insisting that Kanu must be convicted through me. When I questioned them on what legal grounds, they callously responded, โYou are a judgeโfabricate an excuse.โ”
