An IPOB member Identified as Somto Okonkwo has revealed what The Nigerian Army is allegedly planning against the Eastern security Network created by Nnamdi Kanu as revealed to him by an unidentified soldier.
Sharing the Letter, Somto Okonkwo wrote: “One Of My Contacts In The Nigerian Army Sent Me A Copy Of What The Army Is Planning Against EASTERN SECURITY NETWORK Set-up By IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
“According To Him, This Is The New Signal On The Operations The Nigerian Army Wants To Carry Out On IPOB Over ESN.”

INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF BIAFRA SCALED UP ACTIVITIES PREPARATORY TO ATTACKS ON SECURITY INSTALLATIONS AND OPERATIVES
“Intelligence available at this headquarters revealed that members of the Proscribed Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), have intensified their activities preparatory to the launching of coordinated offensives against security operatives and formations in the South East and South south Regions of the country.”
“It was revealed that members of the dissident group particularly the Biafran security volunteers have been undergoing training in various aspects of the Military drills and tactics in the selected locations in the affected Regions.”
“Additionally, it was revealed that the ex-soldiers/policemen among the trainees were instructed by fugitive leader of the group to await further instructions regarding the planned attacks on barracks and other security formations in the affected Regions.”
“It was also revealed that the dissident group have concluded plans to extend the effective foothold in the southern part of the country. Relatedly, Intelligence revealed that the secessionist group has commenced the formation of IEDs as well as firearms at some yet to be ascertained locations in Ebonyi and Imo states.”
“In view of the forgoing, I am directed vide reference A to avail you with this information and respectfully request that you factor the aforementioned activities of IPOB into your operational plans as well as emplace contingences to disrupt the plans of the proscribed group.
