The Federal Government through the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has on Tuesday, revealed that the President Muhammadu Buhari administration has recovered looted funds in excess of N800 billion,
The Minister said that the Buhari administration also recorded over 1,400 convictions.
He said this at a Press Conference, in Abuja.
His words: “This administration’s fight against corruption is as strong as ever, and we have the records to back up this claim.
“This administration has recorded over 1,400 convictions, including high profile ones, and recovered funds in excess of N800 billion, not to talk of forfeiture of ill-gotten properties.”
