Emerging report reaching Page 36 on Thursday, indicates that the Supreme Court of Nigeria has affirmed Professor Charles Soludo as the authentic Candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in the November 6, 2021, Anambra State Governorship election.
Mr. Victor Oye was also affirmed as the National Chairman of the party, by a 5-man Panel of the Supreme Court, led by Justice Mary Odili.
A unanimous decision by the Panel of Justices upheld the judgement of the Kano State Division of the Court of Appeal, which validated the primary election that produced Soludo.
