Emerging report reaching on Sunday, indicates that a leaked “audio” of the Niger Delta Affairs Minister, Godswill Akpabio, negotiating the bombing of Oil pipelines with Militants, has surfaced online.Recall, that Joi Nunieh, a former Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Acting Managing Director, had accused Akpabio of ordering for the bombing of Oil pipelines in the Niger Delta region.“Akpabio ordered for Oil pipelines in the Niger Delta region to be bombed.
