According to a former Chairman of Obokun Local Government Area, Mr Sunday Ojo-Williams, those abducted were held inside Olua Forest, adding that efforts were on to rescue others still held by the kidnappers.
The Nigeria Police Force has confirmed the rescue of persons allegedly abducted by suspected Fulani herdsmen in Ajeoku Village under Obokun Local Government Area of Osun State.
Spokesperson for the Osun State Police Command, Folashalde Odoro, confirmed this to SaharaReporters.
