A soldier has been seen flogging a lady with claims she dressed indecently and another cutting the hair of a man with Afro.
This is coming barely a week after the nationwide protest in the country against police brutality.
Nigerians have taken to various social media platforms to condemn the acts by the soldiers and call on the Nigerian army to trace and bring to book the soldiers who repatriated those acts.
