The sheep today are sinking to Hell but the leaders can’t speak , they are committing sin but the shepherds can’t warn them and like a sheep going astray but the shepherd is not showing the way.Woe unto you shepherds of today, you see the enemy but you don’t warn; you shall give account of the lost sheep at the Judgement day. The youth are in sexual immorality but you don’t rebuke them; you shall be required for their blood.
If the watchman see the sword coming but refuses to warn, if the sword kills anyone; his blood shall be upon the watchman. Every leader , every pastor, preacher, every teacher is a watchman and must warn and rebuke sin.
Many leaders are stained with blood on their hands for refusing to warn and speak for God. When you know the truth and you don’t tell your sheep you will have their blood required. When you know the scriptures does not allow it and you refuse to warn them you will be required of their blood.
The problem is not sheep, sheep cannot lead the shepherd; it is the shepherd that directs the sheep. A leader is the head of the train that pulls the entire body.
God will blame the head of the ministry and the leaders when something goes wrong. Do not lead yourself as a leader , let LORD JESUS CHRIST lead you in everything and be responsible for the every soul that follows you. Be responsible of every thing you teach or share to others for God shall judge you.
If LORD JESUS CHRIST has not called you to lead/teach or to be a pastor just flee from the wrath of LORD JESUS CHRIST and go be a farmer or you shall answer with whom authority did you preach and open a Church! You were jobless and you needed money, you went to school of theology and open a Church and branding yourself a title as a minister.
Examine yourself as a leader or a preacher by whom authority do you teach ; did GOD called you to teach ? Did GOD told you to open His Church or your Church? Are you fulfilling the command of God? May those who can receive such a message receive and become faithful leaders and ministers of the Gospel of LORD JESUS CHRIST. ~Part of Leaders fate_ Apostle Simon Gichinga
